"Overall the property was very comfortable and clean. My group enjoyed the stay. The staff were professional and helpful. I appreciated the small touches like the Belgian candies (“Cuberdon”) that were left for us in the room. The bathroom was very clean and the room had a nice and functional design. "The Reception replied that they only provide water bottles and coffee , tea bags...ect for the first day stay ..if you stay a bit longer you have to prepare by yourself. The room without Kettle except coffee machine. I got the experience even though you put confirmed by the machine that you need to clean daily and put the cleaning requirement sign at the door, they still didn't clean the room until we back at 5:15pm....and the reception said they would come to clean but we all there already..."

The hotel was kind of a little difficult to find initially, since there was no obvious sign, but this might just because I have been used to larger signage in US. "I really enjoyed staying here. It was clean and had a lovely vibe to it. The room had a good ambience with a range of items useful for our stay. There were loads of good food options nearby and the botanical gardens were a must visit for evening and morning walks (Including turtles and goslings). Didn’t get a chance to try the other facilities within the hotel but if they were as good as the rest of the stay, your on to a winner."
