I had an extremely unpleasant interaction with the staff at this hotel at checkin. Ultimately, the property manager gave an inept explanation for the behavior of her staff. She also apologized for the absence of a welcome drink, the room/fourth floor smelling like paint and the hotel room having a horrible view despite it being offered to us as an upgrade. Her apology was the only compensation we received. I would give the hotel credit for the cleanliness of the room. But if you are looking for high quality staff with a luxury feel, this is just not the not location for that.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Brussels just steps away from the main square. However, the main issue is that we did not receive the room we had paid for. Instead of the larger room we booked, we were given a much smaller one. At the end of our stay, I confirmed with the front desk that the room was indeed different from what I had reserved. I was told to email the manager, but even after several days I have not received a response. It is disappointing to pay for one room and be given something else entirely, and this really affected my overall impression of the stay.

The hotel was a short walk to the train station. It was small and functional, much like any other hotel in a crowded downtown city area. If you like shopping, it is right next door.

One of the best hotels I stayed at in Europe, the size of the room was great in comparison to others. Excellent location, right in the heart of where you want to be. Few minutes walk from the central train station as well! Staff were very friendly.

Bed was super comfortable, cafe downstairs and the food was adequate but slow service. No fridge though and there was dust on the wall and on the back of the bed. It was not quiet. Around 6 am, you can hear them taking out bottles, trash cans talking and laughing But the location and staff are Perfect!!

Lo malo es que NO nos dieron la habitación que pagamos de inicio, lamentablemente la habitación que nos toco tenia CHINCHES en la cama, mi pareja resulto con muchas picaduras y reacciones alérgicas muy severas, bajamos a dar aviso obviamente, el personal nos cambió de habitación ya era de madrugada, al día siguiente nos cambiaron de piso, dos días después pudimos hablar con el gerente y nos comentó que haría ajustes en la tarifa como una compensación por la noches pagadas pero a la fecha no hemos recibido comunicación de la propiedad. El hotel tiene buena ubicación y su personal muy atento, pero la FALTA DE HIGIENE da mucho que decir de la propiedad.
