Staff were nice. Location was good. Amenities were very basic. There were no extras in the room like tea and coffee facilities. Also important to note that they only have single duvets on double or king beds.

Nice location; short walk from Centrale train station with good selection of restaurants all within a 5-10min walk. Would use this as a base again to explore Brussels.
