Upon checking in we received a very unfriendly welcome from the receptionist who was very unhelpful throughout our stay. Our room was set up for 2 people despite being booked for 3. It took over 1 hour for milk to be delivered to our room which the wrong item was then received (powdered milk) and the receptionist did not help/fix. The toilet in the room had not been renovated and was very old fashioned compared to the rest of the room. Moreover, the leisure centre receptionist could not give us towels for the pool due to a “shortage and the reception haven’t done anything about it” as well as the jacuzzi and sauna being out of order and the pool temperature not working with no communication of this given. Avoid.

The room was very clean and fully furnished . Checking in was very easy. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. It is in a great location. Would recommend this hotel 100%!

The hotel is very well located and the rooms are big, however, the furniture is kind of outdated, the carpets are not very clean. The reception does not apply the same policy everytime and to everyone. I had 2 bookings, for the first one they asked me to pay a deposit of 100 Euros per night which they finally did not charge as I have paid the entire amount upfront. For the second booking they charged a deposit of 50 Euros per day even if I also paid in full upfront.

Several issues were raised w/the management during the stay. Primarily that the 'Executive Apartments' had bad ventilation in the halls and the apartment. The first apt shown to us was horribly run down. The second was only a little better. There was no airflow and we were advised to keep doors closed due to thefts. There was no 'housekeeping on demand' as sold in the property details. We only had housekeeping once in 5 nights despite asking for it 2 other times. The building smells of cooking. The halls are hot. The apt air conditioning did not go on, nor did the fan of the hvac. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the bedrooms and bathrooms were cleaned well during the one housekeeping visit. There was a handy man who had to come to fix a light switch that was busted - he was nice. There was another who brought a remote control as there were 2 tvs but only one remote. Overall, would stay somewhere else on our next visit.

I wish staff & service do better job. I booked this hotel few months in advance for family vacation with young kids and senior family members and requested for early checking due my early arrival and there wasn't any response from hotel which we've expected everything is all set. However the room was not ready when we've arrived and finally we was able to check in just few minutes before 4pm. I wish hotel staff is better handling client requested instead of silent then ignore.

La porte de la chambre ne se fermait pas...

C'est la première fois que je laisse un tel commentaire au sujet d'un établissement. Pour un quatre étoile, tout est à revoir au niveau du service d'accueil. L'établissement ainsi que les chambres sont corrects mais certains membres du personnel (service d'accueil) et de la hiérarchie (Clément A.) manque grandement de professionnalisme et semblent être dépassés par les dérives de l'hôtel. Il m'a été expliqué qu'il était possible de séjourner dans une chambre d'hôtel où la porte principale ne se fermait pas. Une fois fermée, il suffisait de la pousser (sans utiliser le badge qui sert à l'ouvrir) sans effort de l'extérieur pour qu'elle s'ouvre (insécurité totale). On était donc contraint de rester dans la chambre et toutes les activités prévues n'ont pu être effectuées. Bien qu'ayant souligné le problème à l'un des membres de la hiérarchie (Clément A.), aucun geste de compensation de sa part n'a été proposé...Cette situation semblait normale et acceptable!

The apartment had everything as the description said, but had a carpet that smelled bad, the dishwasher didn’t work and we reported but nobody came to fix it, the light of one of the bathrooms never turned off, we just mantened the door closed. It was a property that shared the amenities with the reinassance hotel but the facilities of the apartments were old.

The hotel was in a good location a block away from EU center. Plenty of restaurants close by. A 20 to 30 minute walk to the Grand Place. 15 minute walk to train station. Safe and quiet area.

I think that the hotel was a bit pricy for the service... The BB is average. The apartment haven't been cleaned during our stay. The swimming pool is a nice + but the water is cold. And what realy bother us is the error they made in their process payment : they make me pay twice and now I've to wait 10 days to get the problem solve on my bank account ^^

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Staff were excellent professional and welcoming. Surprised to have an internal bathroom with no extractor fan but all in all a nice place to stay.
