hotel was clean receptionist was polite and a fast check in. the area is considered unsafe but honestly just keep your wits about you and its friendly enough not all that bad more interesting. great for finding party products. we ate nearby and there was lots of selection. i would stay again if I returned to Brussels.

The mgr. Was very nice. The young man was very helpful and friendly. The surrounds of the building was very dirty. The maps said, this place wasn’t far from from the city center. I believe 10 mins drive. This is completely the opposite area and no safe area.

Very smart looking apartment, although basic. Check in & out was great & they responded to requests prior to the booking promptly. Area isn't the nicest, but if you like a kebab there's no shortage of food shops. I found supermarkets a bit harder to find Would stay again though

The reviews did not look encouraging and we just booked the place because it was affordable and close to the train/flixbus station. But the room turned out much more comfortable and roomier than in the photos, it was a very pleasant surprise. The place is a walk away from the various tram lines, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes just a minute of walk down the street. Kind and helpful staff. For people worried about safety, they lock the hotel at night and you buzz in. Overall, we were just expecting a place to crash at and out of all the places we stayed at during our European trip that one was really one of the best.

Very good stay at Wellness Apart Hotel

Check in to the hotel was great, and the manager was polite and very helpful. It was also my first time staying in an apart hotel, and that experience is unforgettable. The room was very nice and warm when the weather was terrible, and my stay was very comfortable.

It was so bad that we immediately booked a room at another hotel. I think someone had cooked ramen noodles in the room before we arrived as there was still food debris still left on the stove and counter and the smell of ramen.

Nice apartment in less desirable location

The apartment is very good, staff nice and great value. The area around the Noord station is a red light district. We had no problems, but had to walk near this area several times with my child. You need to be very careful both in and around this station.
