From the time of arrival on the 12th floor, where the Hotel lobby is located, in this quaint boutique hotel, I was greeted with superior customer service which continued during my short stay. Room service is Johnny on the Spot and arrived in 20 minutes. Everything was tasty, delightful, and made to order.

1) poor clean services, 2) cheap furniture set up, 3) low quality constructions. Toilet smells very badly, 4) 3 out 5 day stay, the room was not ready before 4:30 pm, even after I complained.

The room is with a modern design. Hotel is closed to subway stations. There are a lot of good Chinese restaurants nearby. Hotel offers free shuttle service to LGA.

Good hotel to stay
Good customer service. Nice patio view with LGA airport runway and Manhattan. Moder room style, but no table and chair for work when needed. Wifi works ok, but uploading is extremely slow. Covered parking facility is good, but need to travel 5 minutes by foot. Location is not bad, but many constructions are going around the hotel. Shower and toilet are separated, which is good. It seems this hotel was open a year ago or so. Can't comment on breakfast as I didn't choose to eat there. I don't think this is a 4 star hotel, but overall decent.

The room had a lot of flaws. The ac, strong gust of cold air or warm, nothing in between, but if turned off, the room is hard to breathe. The carpet was not clean at all. Walking with bear foot reveal dirtyness. Area around the bed still has minor trash not picked up. Not a single area of a table that I can put down my laptop on. Had to land it on the bed. The elevator was just weird. Hard to get back to my floor if not careful.

This is a beautiful hotel located very close to the LaGuardia airport. The neighborhood it is in is primarily Asian, so if you’re looking for any other type of food within walking distance, you may be out of luck.
