"The floors were sticky and obviously unswept or mopped. There was yelling and screaming by individuals in the hallway. The blinds on the first floor window were broken. I had to cover window myself for privacy as cars park right outside. I wouldn't stay here again. "

"I booked 3 rooms for the weekend and all of them has bed bugs. We could not sleep at all, I had multiple bedbugs bites and went down at 3”2am asking for another room which they did But it had the same problem Bed Bugs. We decided to leave around 6am and had to come back around 10am to ask the manager for a refund which he was already aware because the night Receptionist asked for a refund of my money because he was aware of this problem. Terrible experience in this location."

To make matters worse, the TV and phone were non-functional. The staff was incredibly rude, and I had to resort to calling corporate to lodge a complaint and seek resolution to my issues. "
