The room was drafty around the heating unit. Additionally, this hotel, like most newly built hotels, uses an automatic thermostat for the heat and cool. I was born in New Britain, we went down to bury my Mother who was 97 and had just died. Did not sleep well, bed uncomfortable, and just pain disappointed with the whole place in general.
