"Do not stay here. Absolute scam. I am a nurse and mother of five. I traveled from home to Woodsprings in 2.5 hours in traffic and 85 degree weather…. In a broken car AC. When I finally arrived at 8:30PM the woman behind the counter said “your room isn’t ready yet.” She then told me the TV and the AC in my room did not work!! I have a twelve hour day at a new hospital tomorrow. I am hot. I am beyond exhausted. I start to cry. “Well since I am not getting what I paid for or reserved is there a discounted rate or something?” She replied that she couldn’t do that, I asked for manager or someone who can. She said he comes in in the morning and she will make sure he knew what happened, she said she also put a note right in my account/reservation. No fan or how to get one was offered. In the morning no one was at the front desk. I left a note again asking for management to call me. I had my phone on me all day. No contact. When I got back I stopped at the front desk because my key card didn’t work. I figured maybe they secured me a room with a TV and AC so now this key is invalid! Nope. Even though this is was I was told by the female employee the night prior that “We have when someone checks out tomorrow, and I know we have checkouts, someone will move you to that room after cleaning.” Except none of this happened and they still charged me full price !!!! NO ONE EVER CALLED ME!!!! I am a travel nurse and they lost my 3 months worth of planned stays after this. 😡"

"The staff at the front desk were courteous, professional and very helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We had some trouble with our toilet but the front office was receptive to our concerns. The breakfast was delicious and the staff kept replenishing. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and if you are a light sleeper and your neighbors are chatty, you will struggle to fall asleep. The hotel has a no loud noise policy after 10pm so no concerns about any loud partying. Overall, the experience was positive and I would stay here again if in the area."

"This was a dated but very well kept property. The images online don't really let you know that this is on a divided turnpike, with attendant traffic noise that can be heard in the room. The name online is "Atlantic Inn", but the property sign says "Luxury Motor Inn". Just know that this is what you are getting, a clean and serviceable motel. The room itself was quite small. With two beds and a desk and chair, there was very little room to maneuver. There was no armchair, just the desk chair. Frankly, the room would be better without the desk and chair. This may serve your needs, but I would be unlikely to stay here again."
