"Our first-floor room was not available, and we were told we could have a second-floor room or cancel. The entire floor outside the room had a strong urine stench. The floor of our room was dirty. The walls in the bathroom looked as though someone had painted them with feces. The sink did not drain. ..."

"It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24."
