"Dumpsters are picked up at 1:30 am. Don’t except a room near the dumpsters if you want to sleep. There are no dressers with drawers so if you’re planning a long stay with a bit of clothing you can use the oversized bathroom vanity which works ok. Unless you get stuck in an ADA room where the venity is removed. The ADA rooms are terrible storage and make using the kitchen much less convenient. It could be a nice place but needs an interior redesign to make it better functional as an extended stay option. There are other residents inns in the Hartford area with better convenience as an extended stay option. "

"Absolute filthy room! Stains on our sheets, couldn’t find a hand towel without nasty stains. There were no soaps anywhere in the bathroom. Kleenex container empty. Garbage everywhere on the ground outside and a mattress laying on the ground by the front door. Really the list could go on and on. When asking the staff for a refund I was told no refund.. and then ignored while the man went about the work he was doing. Ignoring me while I tried to talk to him. Absolutely terrible place to stay. What you see in their pictures from their website is most definitely not what you get. "

"First I got into the room and it didn’t have a microwave or a mini fridge. The pictures when I booked the room had both in the pic. The room had a bad smell to it. Smelled bad like smoke and dirty clothes. The mirror was broken. The toilet seat was disgusting. It was peeling or looked like it was once panted. Bathroom exhaust fa didn’t work. The tv was broken, looked like there was discoloration in the screen. And the remote didn’t work. Garbage all over the property and dog crap everywhere. I will never stay at a motel 6 again! "
