"Hotel overall rustic and older. Furniture was stained. Bed was firm. More blankets would have been nice. Pillows good. Room heating system did not work. Was too hot in the room. Air conditioning unit in window worked but was loud when running. Had to turn it off at night to sleep. Bathroom small. Shower OK, good water pressure. Bathtub did not drain well however. Also, not enough outlets for charging devices. "

"Lady (hardly) at the front desk was sullen, disengaged and clearly not at all suited to working in the service industry. My room had no TV remote so I picked up the sheet with the various comtact numbers on it only to discover my room also had no phone. I called reception from my cell and after 3 or 4 hangups reception suggested i go back to the front desk and get another remote. Did this and lo and behold that didnt work either. I packed up my stuff, went to reception to ask for a different room, but before i could i got to hear another guest complaining that the refridgerator in her room didnt work. My new room came with working remote, phone and refridgerator, but the heat was not working! By this time I was too tired to complain so this went unreported."

"Change the information on your website there is no little marketplace to buy food. There is no breakfast being served, but an offer of a bag breakfast. Trouble with the vending machines. Place is really rundown badly and some of the clientele were pretty disgusting shouting obscenities in the hallway. I would never want to go back there again. "

"The room is clean and spacious. The pool, jacuzzi , the bar and entrance and the parking lot area are all very clean. I appreciate more this is a no smoking facility including in the front entrance (25 feet from building no smoking). Breakfast is always fresh and comes with many options."

"Location is great - actually unexpectedly quiet Parking was plentiful. Check in was good- fast & super easy. Room was really clean except that there was a pretty nasty smell (I think from the carpet. Like maybe the carpet needs to be washed) I love that the windows open (although just a little) but I had to keep them open b/c of the smell"

"no hair conditioner short breakfast hours 6-9 am sharp, ran out of coffee quickly and milk was old, in room coffee teabags did not make drinkable coffee. Have a laundry room."
