"I would never return to this hotel! The cleanliness was very poor; I didn’t want to touch the bed. The air conditioning filter needed changing, there was visible dirt on the floor by the bed side table, stains on the bed base, faucet drain was clogged…..never again! I would NOT recommend this place!"

"Patricia the receptionist is horrible and rude. We asked for a different room due to loud construction going on at the property, she refused to look for any availability. Moreover, she made up stories that construction is all over the hotel, while it went on the 3rd floor predominantly. We asked to be transferred to the 1st floor she stated that's impossible, and it is just a coincidence that there is no construction on the first floor. We asked to speak to management, she stated she is management. Horrible person she should not be in customer service! Also, a lot of gym equipment is out of order."

"Solo traveler I went for 4 days to hang out in CT. This location was close to what I needed. Staff are nice and property is definitely 3 star headed towards 2 stars .. but it gets the job done for the stay. There are no microwaves You can park in the garage for free if you don’t tell the front desk people you have a car other wise it’s $15 per day $3 per hour … They told me I couldn’t use my points at check out to cover food ordered at the bistro .. even though when I was at the bistro, they told me that I could use the points… So I think there’s a level of miscommunication amongst the staff"

"The front office lady was definitely not suited to front office work, had no customer service mindset. We were there just for a night, and had to leave at 3 am to catch a flight from Bradley airport. I had only one request, that the room be as close to the main entrance as possible. She finally gives the room key and we set out - literally it was at the very far end (it is a large U shaped structure). If she would have told us that she could not accommodate our request, it would have been alright, but she was smug about it. When I called her from the room, she was not polite as if it is our fault for picking a king bed room:) The room had a weird smell, the bathroom sink was cracked, there was a cleaning note that everything is sanitized etc., and someone had written "ALL LIES" on it lol:) The bathroom door lock was not working. The property has potential, it is close to a large airport just a well maintained room, basic cleanliness and a good hospitable front desk will go a long way."
