「It was the loudest say ever kids running all day and night above me People next to me 101 loud banging for 2 days and nights not a happy trip at all I usually have the best stays there but Not this time it was miserable and horrible I won't go again unless I have the original Room I stayed in before the Nauttica room I payed a lot of money for 3 nights Never again 」

「Room was spotless, very nice ocean view. The king bed was so comfortable as was the whole room. The whirlpool tub was such a nice amenity to warm you in cold rainy weather. Great location, access to Mo's Restaurant and the ocean beaches.」

「Staff was great at check in. Room was older, but not to bad. Found some pubic hair in my shower upon arrival. Musty smell to room.」

「I had reserved 5 rooms and I was traveling with 5 disabled people and we were all on the 3 floor; which was great until we realized that the elevator was broken and we couldn’t get down to the first floor. Therefore, I spent the whole trip going down to the second floor then taking the stairs from the second floor to the first floor running over to the elevator so I could bring my family down which was super inconvenient. Other than that, and the fireplace is which sucks because you should have...

「We enjoyed our stay, but not sure we will return. For the 5 star price tag, they need to update stuff. The outdated and undersized 70’s style uncomfortable furniture needs to go and the place just looks old. 」

「The room was very big, and comfortable, but the air conditioner was very loud, and there were only towels for one person. along with the coffee. The breakfast was lacking. Only hot dishes were biscuits and gravy, and scrambled eggs. We asked for a 8:30 wake-up call and didn't get it. But for the price I would go again.」
