"Front desk staff was not very friendly when checking in. When checking in we were charged an additional $7/night for amenity fees they said. Which I was not thrilled about as when I book through Expedia everything is supposed to already be included in the price at time of booking. Expedia needs to look into this and adjust their prices or warn members using their service that this hotel charges extra fees. Breakfast buffet was waffles, muffins, toast, bagels, cold cereal, boiled eggs, and fresh fruit with juice and coffee. They did have a pool hot tub available for use. Their business center included two computers in hallway on first floor with no chairs just standing access only. Ice machine available on first floor only. Rooms do have AC. Starbucks is adjacent to the hotel. Hotel is off main Street but can be a wait to get into or out of parking lot due to traffic. Housekeeping for this hotel for stays longer than one night is by advance request only. Hotel overall was ok. No ocean views as in town and off main road."

"Stayed 2 nights - 2nd floor because 1st floor didn't have beach access and sitting on the back porch we were unable to see the ocean. Otherwise, visit to the property was very nice"

"Great place to stay with lots of amenities - convenient to restaurants, the beach, shopping. Excellent hot breakfast with many options, nice pool and hot tub. Clean, quiet and spacious rooms. We really appreciated the patio, screen door and the ocean view from our room! Staff was friendly and helpful. This motel is an excellent value with a convenient location in Lincoln City. We'd definitely stay there again."

"This property was such a pleasant surprise. The king oceanfront room was beautiful, very comfortable, and had a commanding view of the beach and ocean. The property is well maintained, including the heated indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. The complimentary breakfast was what so many hotels do now, but for some reason it seemed a little better here. I hope to return."

"Check in was matter of fact, not that friendly/customer centered. Rooms were updated, liked the clean covers on the sofa for animals, I’m sure, but I personally like the sitting area clean for new guests ;-). Kitchenette area was nice, bathroom as well. The screen door shows signs of the sea salt area as well as the hinges on the deck gate. We liked the deck and great view of the ocean!"
