「Excellent hotel and value」

「They took a sizeable deposit for “incidentals” and said it would be returned within a day. It’s now been 5 days and it hasn’t been returned. I called the customer service number for that location six times and it always goes to the main corporate office in another state. They say they are transferring me to the hotel I stayed at but it’s just another corporate operator that can’t help me. I will NEVER stay at another Holiday Inn Express again!!!!!!!!!!!」

「We stayed here for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was big, but the microwave in the room did not work. The breakfast was good.」

「The hotel rooms need a little updating n would be nice if a radio was in the room. 」

「Extremely steep, unsafe parking lot. Halls were dirty. Carpet squares peeling up causing tripping hazard. Room looked ok but halls and room doors scuffed and scratched like they haven't been painted in years. Overall appearance when walking in very shabby. Some of the guests gave me an uneasy feeling.」

「Everything about this place was perfect (aside from the slow toilet). Property was recently renovated and everything was clean. Beds were comfy, staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect.」
