We stayed here for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was big, but the microwave in the room did not work. The breakfast was good.

The Inn offers exceptional services, a talented chef, and a delicious breakfast. On-side parking is available for guests. I was disappointed to learn by phone a few days prior that the pool and spa would not be available during the time we stayed. The recent notification is very frustrating as it significantly changes expectations for the visit.

I grew up coming to the Ashley in. Now as an adult this is the 2nd time I’ve brought my kids. This 2nd experience was very different. It did not feel welcoming. Staff were not around for check out. Breakfast was minimal and not impressive. I noticed less towels in the room and no mini toiletries. Honestly pretty bummed to say I wouldn’t come back.

The rooms were quiet and the bed was comfy. We had a couple problems when we first checked in but the front desk staff were super helpful and friendly.

Overall our stay was ok. The pool and hot tub were closed during our stay which kinda sucked. Our room had sand all over the floor upon our arrival. Other than that it was good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room floor have no carpet and were dirty, bedding were old and linty and irritated my skin, pillows were too flat and worn down, mattress were old and when lying down it sink down very uncomfortable, towels were old and rough and carpet in the hallway is dirty. For the price I paid for I expected better. The areas around the place were clean from the outside. I was very disappointed.

They definitely do not mop or sweep each room in between families. I couldn’t let my baby crawl around because the floors were so dirty and I kept finding bundles of hair and dust everywhere. One of the queen bed sheets had stains on them. Looked like there was mold on the bathroom ceiling as well. Paid for 2 nights but ended up leaving late the second day because we were so uncomfortable

This hotel has pros and cons Pros: its clean, quiet, affordable, amenities and nice looking Cons: the person who checked us in was not friendly at all, it seemed like he had a lot in his plate and probably was having a bad day. Pool smelled way too much (bleach smell) we were only there a couple of minutes because im pretty sure water was unsafe to swim. Other than that everything was good, I feel theese cons are an easy fix and they would have one of the best hotels on the whole city. I really hope management takes action on this matters

Poor beds & bedding. Sheets did not fit. Poor amenities and they charge an extra $6/night for them. Thin walls so noise carries through.

The property is on the other side of a busy highway and not beachfront. You have to cross this highway and go a ways to reach the beach. You can not see it from the hotel either. There is not much within walking distance either. I could hear the guest upstairs running around very clearly. The bed was made with a top sheet instead of a fitted sheet, so it kept moving, exposing the bare mattress yuck. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were all empty upon arrival. There is no phone to call for housekeeping or to call the office. I was disappointed in my stay there.

This was an amazing place to stay! Comfortable beds, great room, quiet, kids like the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good for what it was. We enjoy more scrambled eggs and more protein but the selection for carbs was great.

The room was convenient for our family of 5. This hotel is outdated though. Pool area , not new by any means, hallways are dusty and dirty. Rooms were ok, pretty dusty under the beds . Just not super clean all around. Breakfast was ok, no eggs, bacon or sausages. Waffles were really good . It would be a toss up if I would go back there and stay again.

just locate at Hwy101, very convenient location, big room, comfortable bed. but only one bathroom for the suite I stayed, it's not convenient for 4 adults staying in the suite, I'd rather book 2 rooms instead.
