Staff were courteous and efficient. Highlights for me were the light and lovely space of a corner room with luscious linens on a king bed, and really hot water and fluffy towels in the bathroom. The hotel has a long history of supporting musicians and artists, which is also nice to see.

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is dog-friendly, which I appreciated. However, the building was under construction during my stay, and the required stairs in the lobby made it difficult to navigate with my dog. The rooms felt outdated and dusty, and there were no smart TVs. In-room coffee was provided via a French press, which wasn’t practical for me in a hotel setting.
