Therefore, I spent the whole trip going down to the second floor then taking the stairs from the second floor to the first floor running over to the elevator so I could bring my family down which was super inconvenient. 「We stayed here for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was big, but the microwave in the room did not work. The breakfast was good.」

「The staff were polite, but the whole place just didn't seem takeb care of. Could definitely use a face lift. The pool area needed a good scrubbing. 1 of the ice machines was broken, amd so was the sauna. My biggest issue that even if you ask for housekeeping. It doesn't happen. We stayed 4 nights. Had to go ask for fresh towels, taking down our used one. And not once was the trash taken out. If we wanted it to be taken out we had to take it down ourselves. I'm sorry, but if I wanted to do...
