The rooms were old and the bedding was really uncomfortable, especially the way to big and hard pillows. We stayed there for 5 days and they wouldn't clean my trash out or bring us towels unless I tracked down their housekeeper. The breakfast is the same thing everyday. At least the muffins were tasty after they were thawed, but make sure your up early because they are the first things gone to and they don't refill them. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere for my future trips to Lincoln City.

The hotel suited our needs very well. We appreciated the helpfulness of the staff with each person we interacted with during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated having the mini fridge and refrigerator. The hallway was quiet. The pool was not crowded, and the breakfast gave us a number of good options for everybody. Our one critique would be for the hotel's Pack N Play we used. It didn't come with a pad for the bottom, so it was difficult even with layers of blankets to make it comfortable (basically a canvas over a hard cross-frame. We ended up folding the blankets on the floor and turning the playpen upside down for our toddler to sleep.

Overall the room was comfortable and the view was nice, as seen in the photo. The hotel is well located for easy access to all LC sites and shopping. The staff was friendly and attended to our requests right away. And the fireplace was a nice touch. Will be great on a colder night. I wanted to be able to leave our curtains open at night for the breeze and the sound of the ocean, but our balcony had a non-controllable building light shining down on it at night so we had to keep the curtains closed, making the room stuffy. Water temp in the shower was good, but pressure was quite weak. And there was apparently no room maintenance during our stay. I chose a hotel for our stay for regular room servicing and was disappointed that was not provided.

Do NOT stay here. They lie about their fees, lie about their amenities (my tv didn’t even work), it’s literally a dump and management couldn’t give a single care in the world. I Checked out early as the staff told me I would be refunded for the nights I didn’t say and the manager disagreed. I only got some of my funds back and even after Expedia contacted them they refused to give my money back. Terrible. The WORST hotel experience.

Appreciated the continental breakfast and friendly service. Expedia did state that there would be bowls available for our pet for food and water, but that was not the case. They had to rent which was fun and when our DVD player was broken, they were willing to give us a new cord so we could watch movies..

There was a slight mishap when first checking into our room, as the original room my partner and I were assigned to had not been cleaned, nor had the beds been made. After bringing it up with the desk staff, they were able to find another room to assign us to. It was unfortunate that it happened, but I'm glad the situation was resolved fairly quickly, and we had an excellent stay afterward! :) The room we were later assigned was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed using the pool.

We will be back here for sure. The staff was amazing and the rooms very nice. The pool, breakfast, and free movie rentals were bonusus. They also have a lil snack shop in which we got ice cream treats. Close to everything and the beach.

The staff was super nice. The only thing was the price is a little steep for a 3 star hotel. understandable since its on the coast. for an extra 50 i would suggest upgrading accommodations and stay at a higher end hotel.

Staff lady was rude, square above are shower was taped and kept falling off shower leaked, used shampoo bottles left for new people staying and your sauna was broken, for the price I expected more. 2 stars over all wouldn’t recommend

Not fancy, but well-run and great value property. Super helpful staff, good breakfast. Property shows wear but you can tell it’s taken care of and everything just works so I would recommend overall.

First showed and got the room, smelled funny so asked the front desk about it. Apparently it was a pet friendly room, so they switched us to another one. Was very friendly and effecient about the swap. My only complaint is the pool and hot tub are in another building so you have to walk outside across the parking lot to get to it. Overall I would stay again though

Great location close to Chinook Winds casino, good restaurants and arcade. Would definitely book again in the near future. Cons, not many other then the breakfast bar was not good. There are other hotels in the area with same price range with better breakfast bar.
