"The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom amenities are outdated and falling apart. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and room were not up to standard. There was a mushroom growing by the door which was not removed our entire stay, even though the room was cleaned. Hot water takes 15 mins to flow. There is no lift so you have to carry luggage up the stairs. We did complain but did not receive an apology ir satisfactory response. The only good thing about the hotel is location"

"We stayed here for about a week and had the best experience! Great location, near the bus stop, shops and restaurants and also a great breakfast! The best part is certainly the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone!!"
