「My brother and me stayed in this hotel before and after hiking in Torres del Paine. The architecture and interior are modern and frankly impressive. The staff is amazing: very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was good, especially after coming back after 5 days of hiking. I hope I have opportunity to stay here again.」

「Lovely hotel integrated within buildings previously a large industrial site, creating an interesting juxtaposition between industrial past and current first class hotel. Our room was large with an amazing view of the fiord. Service was excellent. Restaurant and bar provided great choices of high quality food and drink. So glad we had the chance to stay here.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect place to start and end the W Trek for our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly and made us feel so welcome. We would definitely come back again!」
