The staff is excellent. Their hospitality made our stay even better. The rooms are larger and very clean. The breakfast was good. We stayed one night before the W trek and they let us borrow hiking poles for $5 and store our luggage for a fee.

The staff were amazing! They gave us lots of information about visiting and hiking in Torres del Paine. And also helped us book a couple of activities. The hotel itself is really nice. No frills but a clean and comfortable place. It has a decent room with lovely views of the water and is located within walking distance to restaurants. The shower was really good with hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was good with hot options available. Overall it was a lovely stay.

Room was neat and tidy, good shower pressure. The staff were welcoming, given excellent restaurant recommendations and also we had a discount for pole hire + leaving our bags for 3 nights. The property was extremely well kept and comfortable! Check in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in walking distance of the water and downtown. Wi fi worked. Fyi.. there’s no TV in the room.
