We had an excellent stay in the cabanas. It was nice to feel tucked away from everything while still being walking distance to the main hotel and amenities. The people working at the hotel were super kind and helpful in planning excursions, especially Juan Carlos who helped us plan a fun few days in the area. He had great insight and recommendations and we appreciated all of his help!

Hotel Costaustralis is a beautiful hotel on the waterfront. It was easy to walk into town and explore. The room was clean and spacious and we loved the eco-friendly availability of filtered water on every level instead of disposable water bottles. The breakfast options were vast and tasty. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The hotel is located on the water front. Great water view. small but quite comfortable. easy access to restaurants. one thing though is that even in summer because of its location it can be very windy. of course that is Patagonia.

It is a good choice if you need to overnight in Puerto Natales. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There are some easy ways to improve amenities, most importantly by providing a coffee maker in the room, and also offer espresso at breakfast. The pre-made scrambled eggs were cold, although I could have asked for a freshly prepared one.
