As some other reviewers have mentioned the rooms are very noisy and the plumbing gets clogged easily. The staff is very helpful and the owner have a resturant next door which is excellent.

The room itself is fine for the price however the main concourse/lobby area is like an echo chamber that funnels noise upwards towards all of the rooms. Since the doors don't actually seal all the way top to bottom this means any noise happening in the lobby, gathering area below the stairs or restaurant is extremely loud into the rooms. To make this worse, the night staff sets up the cutlery and plates/bowls for breakfast at ~11:50pm nightly which is a far from quite procedure. This is far from an ideal place to stay if you have early morning adventures planned.

Lovely boutique hotel with great vegetarian restaurant in the lobby. Owners also have a lovely restaurant right next door that has locally sourced food/seafood. Staff speaks English well and was super helpful. We left our bags there for 7 days while doing the W trek:)

Limited breakfast options. Also the hotel failed to inform us at check in that they are closed for Christmas Eve, so we struggled with storing luggage.

Staff great. View great from superior room. However room needed some maintenance eg glass shelf in shower was on a huge lean with a huge chance of it crashing to ground. Took forever to get hot water in shower. Shower nozzle kept falling out of bracket and hitting me. Shower screen glass broken. Also design of hotel - the dining area and seating areas were located in an open atrium, so anyone talking or making breakfast woke me.

The Veat was a good place to stay in Puerto Natales. Close to the Plaza and many options for restaurants. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good with eggs cooked to order. We stayed in two different rooms - one with two twin beds and one with a king bed. The twin room was a bit cramped but the other was quite nice. The only down side of the hotel is that the design of the building, with an atrium in the center, allows sound from the lobby area to echo and drift up to all of the rooms. If guest are up late talking in the lobby or up for an early breakfast, you will hear them in your room. Not much to be done about it. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the Veat.
