The staff were all brilliant, the area is great and has lots of restaurant options. They provided luggage storage while we did the W and even allowed for earlier breakfast when we needed to leave at 5:30. The rooms were clean and super cosy to come back to after a rainy day.

Acquaterra is a gem

Lovely one-night stay at Aquaterra. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful, the room was cute and cozy, and the included breakfast was quite nice.

Very friendly and accommodating staff

My mother and I only stayed one night but we enjoyed it. Every staff member was so friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable. We had to check out before breakfast hours since we had a bus to take and they prepared an early breakfast for us. The room was quite small but it was just fine for a night.

Great place to stay

Great hotel in great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were a little small but clean. Free breakfast was excellent. They stored our luggage for free while we hiked the "O". Will definately stay here again when i return.

Easy stay in Puerto Natales

Service was excellent. We were able to store bags while hiking the W trek, they packed a breakfast “to go”. However, rooms were small. There was a common sitting room that was nice. Cab fare to the bus depot was 2,000 pesos or about $2 USD.

My wife and I chose to stay at Aquaterra twice because we liked the reviews and the costs. We are glad we did. The location is great, the staff is wonderful, and the breakfast was a solid start to the day. The check in process was easy and the bed was super comfy. The restroom was nice for two people and there was a nice sitting area outside the rooms. The staff was very resourceful and very helpful with all our needs. We would recommend staying at the Aquaterra if you are ever in Puerto Natales. Great stay, great memories.

Hotel staff was great; rooms were good, but the bathrooms are a bit small. If you get a room at the front of the hotel (as we did) there is a good deal of road noise. It does taper off at 1130PM or so, but is back at 6AM. Breakfast was good.

Like the convenient location to good restaurants eg Bote we appreciated to be able to have earlier breakfast bc of early tours if you have a car either you park on street or there is one parking spot in rear of hotel difficult to park but gets secured by gate Very nice room to relax bc rooms are rather small bathroom needs update and no more plastic shower curtain please think of our environment

Pros. Nice and helpful staff, tasteful decoration and design. Near to bars and restaurants. Cons. Very squeaky and uncomfortably small rooms. Overall run down facility (bathrooms, beds, power) No elevator and all rooms are up stairs so you have to carry your luggage through a very narrow stairway. Overall this place could be good with HALF the price, but not at all a 120/night stablishment.

Very friendly staff, centrally located to everything. Great spot in transit to/from Torres del Paine. Late arrivals, early departures are no problema. Many late dinners available within a minute or two walk, such as Afrigonia.
