Friendly hotel minutes from the centre.

Friendly, family run enterprise. Lzte check in handled well. Eating recommendations well offered. They even sorted out my Chilean Sim card!

The staff was great, the elevator was not working, the room was clean and comfortable. I was a little concerned about the door lock not being very secure. WiFi worked fine. Breakfast buffet was okay, staff made scrambled eggs for us. The location was good, couple blocks from water and couple blocks from dining.

A sort of weird layout with having to walk through the restaurant to get to the pool, but it has everything you need. It’s sort of far from town but we had a car so that was not a problem. Staff was very friendly.

Mittelmäßig aber keine gravierenden Mängel

Sehr durchschnittliches Hotel. Nicht schlecht aber auch nicht viel Gutes zu berichten. Viele größere Gruppen buchen hier (Busse) und direkt an einer ziemlich viel befahrenen Straße und hellhörig. Ohrenstöpsel müssen sein. Service-Team freundlich. Restaurants in der Nähe, kein Essen im Hotel.

I felt very comfortable being alone at Saltos del Paine. Cristobal, family and team were always acommodating, and hard working. They have great customer service, they are very conscious about sanitary practices yet they made you feel so welcome recommending places to visit, go eat, etc. They helped me to prepare for tours, like packing food, bringing water, etc. One day my agency by mistake left without picking me up, Cristobal immediately arranged a fantastic alternate tour to take advantage of the day! If you go to their family hotel, they will really care for you like you are family.
