"The hotel itself and the staff are good, room is basic but spacious. We booked 2 rooms and one of the rooms was a bit chilly which it took 2 days to become warm, also it would be helpful if there is an electric kettle in the room. I am taking a star off because the taxi driver the front desk arranged to take us to the bus terminal was terrible! First, the cost was ridiculous, we were quoted by the front desk for 15000 Chilean pesos from the hotel to the bus terminal (only 8mins away) then when we wanted to pay in dollar because we didn’t have any pesos we were told the cost would be $20 usd. We accepted the cost because we asked for a large car for our group of 3 and 2 large luggages. However the car was very tiny and the driver was rude! it was too compact to fit 3 people, and the driver literally squeezed our rimova luggages hard in the back of the tiny trunk. Should have used Uber instead!"

"Room was clean, smell of cleaning products was overwhelming, caused coughing upon original entry. Hot tub and sauna had to be scheduled to use at additional charge. Restaurant was good and convenient, staff very nice."

"Cozy rooms, kind staff, and yummy welcome drink. Showers are hard to manage temperature (scalding or cold), but that was the only minor issue. "

"A lovely hotel with totally wonderful staff. Really well located near all the restaurants. Only drawback is that breakfast needs a few more options. By Day 5 (you’ll need that many days to properly see the Park and the area), you really need some variation. Perhaps it’s more varied in summer (this was an off-season stay.)"

"Incredible breakfast. This was our favorite hotel stay of our Patagonia trip. Very unique and cool experience styled hotel. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was very reasonable and great. Great view of the sea"

"The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom amenities are outdated and falling apart. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and room were not up to standard. There was a mushroom growing by the door which was not removed our entire stay, even though the room was cleaned. Hot water takes 15 mins to flow. There is no lift so you have to carry luggage up the stairs. We did complain but did not receive an apology ir satisfactory response. The only good thing about the hotel is location"

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was cozy and quaint. Our hosts were very warm and welcoming. The hotel is located 5 minutes from Puerto Natales airport and about an hour from the Torres Del Paine national park. Highly recommend and we would love to come back! "

"My brother and me stayed in this hotel before and after hiking in Torres del Paine. The architecture and interior are modern and frankly impressive. The staff is amazing: very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was good, especially after coming back after 5 days of hiking. I hope I have opportunity to stay here again."
