This was an amazing hotel. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Restaurant on site but unfortunately wasn’t open on sundays, which is when we stayed there. About a mile walk to town but easy to get a taxi. Would definitely stay there again. Very clean.
The staff went above and beyond to help us with our every need. They did our laundry, called us taxis, helped us with dinner reservations and bar needs, as well as move one of our rooms to the first floor when we had a group member have an accident in Torres Del Paine and need a first floor room due to a leg injury. The rooms were neat and clean and the property was beautiful. There is a little restaurant on the water just a short walk away along the coast and the food was amazing. The hot tubs were awesome but needed to be reserved in advance - highly recommend. This was an amazing hotel and the staff were top knotch.
I am very happy that I chose this hotel. It's next to the water and walkable to downtown. The staff there were very nice and helpful, especially Paula. She helped us with our issues and took very good care of us. We truly appreciate her services!
