The staff was very helpful and friendly. Its an older hotel, but well maintained. Its just in a bad part of town. I stayed with my son, but if it was my wife, and daughter I would have moved to a hotel in a better area

We made this our Homebase for four nights and had a great experience. The place is well kept and clean, and was quiet. Staff were great, the free continental breakfast was basic but hit the spot and the location was within a 10 min walk of restaurants, a grocery store and other essentials. The rooms are light on amenities but most folks don't seem to spending much time in there beyond sleeping and showering, so it works. The free drink on the rooftop was a nice surprise. Would recommend if you're looking for an affordable and comfortable spot.

Stayed for 3 nights. Central location and so close.to Plaza de Armas and waterfront. Near many dining options. Check in was very friendly. Room was adequate with nice bathroom. This is a very basic hotel with no fridge, inroom safe, nor TV. There is no elevator but they helped us bring up our luggage. Breakfast was good and adequate.

Hotel muito bem localizado em Natales, com fácil acesso a pé aos principais pontos da cidade. Serviços nas proximidades. O atendimento foi excelente. O café da manhã, no restaurante anexo, é suficiente, bom. Quarto um pouco pequeno. O bar na cobertura é agradável e tem uma boa vista da cidade. Voltaríamos a nos hospedar no Vendaval.

Hotel Vendaval was great to stay at! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The only pain points were the lack of an elevator and there was only on-street parking.
