"The staff were all brilliant, the area is great and has lots of restaurant options. They provided luggage storage while we did the W and even allowed for earlier breakfast when we needed to leave at 5:30. The rooms were clean and super cosy to come back to after a rainy day."

"We only crashed on our way out of Puertos Natales after hiking at Torres del Paine. For this purpose, the room was great and had everything that we needed - clean + hot running water and the price was right. If you're staying for a little longer, you may want something a bit more comfortable but was good value for what we paid."
