Five starts in every way - well-run hotel with clean and fresh rooms, good breakfast, good price What stands out the most is the hospitality of the owners, Hector and his son Miguel - they really made us feel home.

Hector and his family do an amazing job running their hostal. It’s clean comfortable and well located, between the bus station and the town square. The breakfast was perfect. It’s a beautiful spot to relax and recharge.

Room was clean snd comfortable. Staff was friendly …coffee in the morning was nescafe that we put in hot water. Town and restaurants walkable. You could order packed breakfast to go day before. Good for backpackers and rates are very reasonable

The staff was excellent, Hector is fabulous! The room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom is nice (a bar of soap would have been a good addition) with fine water pressure, the beds comfortable, the breakfast generous. Definitely recommended!

We had a superb stay. Hector, Sandra, their son and staff went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. The rooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable and a very nice and abundant breakfast. We would definitely recommend Hostal Baquedano to friends and family!

We had great stays at Hostal Baquedano before and after hiking the O-Trek in Torres del Paine. The breakfast was substantial with a good variety. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Location is just a 10-15 minute walk from the bus station and from nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and Plaza de Armas. They held our bags while we were away on the O-Trek, as well. This is a great hostal!

We stayed at Hostal Baquedano for two nights—one before and one after our hiking trip to Torres del Paine. Our stay on both nights was very comfortable. Héctor and his staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean, and both the packed breakfast and the onsite breakfast were excellent. The hotel also offered free luggage storage, and when we returned for our second night, our luggage had already been placed in our room

The staff at Hostal Baquedano were friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable in our very clean rooms and the breakfast was great. Super happy with our stay. They even kept our luggage while we did the O-trek in the park.

Best price for quality in town. Personnel are kind and on top of logistics. Bagged breakfast was ready for us by 6:15a so we could catch our 6:30a bus, an easy walk away. Luggage was held for us while we hiked a few days and delivered to our room.

We had the best stay at Hostal Baquedano. It is a great place to stay before the w-trek. Hector and his family were very kind. They packed us a breakfast for our early bus ride and let us store are extra luggage at the Hostal.
