「Always a wonderful place to stay in South Wales.」

「Really lovely stay for 3 nights. Gorgeous room and bathroom, great friendly staff and good food. Very good value. Train station right across the road. Would definitely stay again.」

「The hotel was dated and run down. The room had marks all over wall and had a strong odour of damp. There were limited staff and the older lady at breakfast was really rude and huffed and puffed. The cups were disgusting all stained. Breakfast items kept running out.」

「Room was clean but an issue with extractor fan in bathroom. Staff very approachable and polite. Spa staff were exceptional. Food was fantastic especially the breakfast.」

「Location was convenient for us but the room was noisy with music playing until after 11pm on both nights. Strange smell in the room and no reading lights or fridge.」

「Unfortunately the pool is still out of action but that aside it was a good stay. Very helpful staff very clean and comfortable room, good breakfasts, jams at the toast area gets messy and sticky perhaps a re-think needed there, parking excellent. Only grumble was the noisy extractor in our bathroom it needs replacing, we used torches to use bathroom in the night so as not to waken our neighbours but we did report it to reception and hopefully it will be fixed for next guests. 「Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff.」

「First time we have stayed here. Lovely, clean room and easy to find as we have eaten a few times in Haystacks which is underneath and has amazing food ❤️ lush bed and slept really well and blackout curtains helped with this 😀Shower was amazing. A hidden gem! We will be back 😍」

「The staff are really lovely and helpful. The lady at the reception was very kind to me and helped me when there was an issue with the booking as Expedia had not sent the booking through properly and she still managed to find me a room. Second time I have stayed here and will definitely stay again ❤️」
