客房及職員態度不錯，有禮貌。 酒店位於舊區，出市中心步行大約15-20分鐘，但因在舊區，對單身女客夜歸可能不太好。

Good location but fairly basic, and note that check-in is digital a scanning a QR code rather than info on Expedia that suggests manned until 10pm.

I think it's a good place to stay whilst in Cardiff, rooms and toilets are fine, showers are a bit outdated but still ok.. Location wise is close to centre. And there isn't really staff around, but not needed cause everything is online and easy to check in and out. I'd stay there again.

Close to the city centre. Very run down and tired. Bed was possibly the most uncomfortable I’ve experienced. The windows onto the loud road are single glazed and don’t close properly. Thankful I was only using the hotel for 1 night.

Super friendly staff, especially Patrick. Close to the train station [10 min walk]. Was a cheap, simple and basic room. Air-con unit was leaking and the surrounding carpet was damp.

On arrival we were shocked to see the poor appearance of this property in a run down area. Riverside? not actually but a short walk to the river, rugby stadiums and city centre. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was clean with fresh linen and towels, new kettle and tea/coffee/etc. However, the building was very tired and in need of at lot of maintenance. Bathroom suite was very old and the shower cubicle appeared to be crumbling with rust and black stains. We couldn't fault the staff or cleanliness but the property itself does not live up to the photos. Glad we only needed to stay one night.

Very competent, help, and friend staff. Excellent location (ca. walking distance from the Cardiff central station). Also within (manageable) walking distance to the Cardiff Castle and the National Museum Cardiff.

The front door code I was given did not work, unlike my room code. I had tried to contact the staff at the front door using Ring, but he clearly struggled to hear or understand me. Using the WhatsApp group linked at the door was slow, and by the time someone was almost to be sent down, another guest simply let me in at the door. The room itself was tidy and comfortable, but the bathroom toilet required repeated flushes to work and shower head could not be moved, making showering harder. There was also a small dent in the hotel wall, but this was minor compared to my actual issues with the stay. There were no disturbances to my sleep at least and other guests were friendly.

No staff. Door worked fine first time but was very tricky later on and had trouble getting into the front door. Decor was very tired. Shower was great and worked fine but tiles were cracked. Beds were ok but obviously well used. Fan provided which was great as room was very hot. Room was nice and quiet. Convenient for city centre.
