Really nice,spacious room in excellentcondition. No reception at the property but the instructions to access were easy to follow Hosts were super quick to respond to any questions and dropped off a heater for me as i feel the cold more than most. Couldnt fault the service. The area is not the prettiest, but its convenient

The property was easy to find and in a good walkable location from the centre. Bedroom was comfy and clean and the skylight style windows really made it feel cosy. The self-serve check-in system worked really well and the instructions sent beforehand were clear and easy to follow. Overall a lovely stay.

Really nice, but odd that there was no “do not disturb” sign to put on the door but overall very clean, and it was great. The location was great, just a 20 minute walk from central and super straightforward.

Great find

Superb find. We were let down by Air*** when they cancelled our reservation 1 hour before we were due to check in. Number 100 came to our rescue. It doesn’t claim to be anything other than what it is although definitely at upper end of quality scale. Very comfortable, clean and very convenient. Definitely recommended! 😊

My room was large, clean and very comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was excellent. I was able to walk to the centre of the city in 15 minutes. When I asked Charlie and Abi for help on one or two occasions they were friendly, polite and very helpful. I recommend this property and when I next visit Wales will certainly stay there again.

Very basic in a run down area. Best part of the accommodation was the bathroom. Sadly no hairdryer. Breakfast continental but okay and coffee good. Top floor and no lift! Would not return.

Poor cleanliness

Parking was a bit of a problem, says free parking but it’s actually on street parking. Signs all over the place advising not to leave valuables in the car as they’ve had multiple break ins so it didn’t feel very safe. Check in was easy. Cleanliness and general condition of the room was poor. Cobwebs in the bathroom, shower tray was filthy and wallpaper was peeling of the wall. Needs some tlc. Breakfast was ok. Bread for toast, cereal, juice and tea/coffee with some fruit available. My room was quite noisy being on the front and every time someone stood in the doorway having a cigarette it blew straight into my room even with the windows closed. Overall it was ok for the price paid but definitely could do with a deep clean.
