"We were very happy with this hotel. It was close to the metro & centrally located in Ginza. Rooms were very clean & the staff were helpful. We had been warned about room sizes & this place was no exception. We needed to live out of our suitcases but had been prepared for that scenario. No shelves or drawers! But there were a few hangers. After we left, the next day my daughter realized that she had left a box with all her jewelry in her room! Our new hotel (300+ miles away) contacted the Millennium & they looked & found it. They arranged to have it sent to her the next day. All went well!
I would definitely stay here again!"
"This a very nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff! The rooms are nice and the pajamas that are provided are both top and bottoms, which is nice. Also take complementary toiletries are very nice and they have an extremely large option/range of things to choose from including nice face products!"
