"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Gracery Shinjuku. The hotel and our room were both exceptionally clean, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we really appreciated being able to check in early for a small fee after our travels. It was a convenient option that helped us settle in and start enjoying our trip right away. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo."

"Room provided was clean providing the required amenities and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Hotel is located centrally with easy access to train station, restaurants, shops etc. Room was quiet and well lit. Staff were very helpful and polite ensuring guests were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of breads, cheeses, fruits etc., that were fresh and tasty."

"It was not the first time that I stayed at this hotel, and I stayed at this property since it was first opened. A super convenient place for transit and everything at the hotel works properly. The staffs are very friendly and some of them actually recognize me as I was checking in. If you want to have a breakfast, I highly recommend you pay for it at the time of booking. Otherwise, it would be 3200 Yen!!! Or, you also can go to the upper floor where there are restaurants that you may find something that suits you."
