"Great gym—very clean and well maintained. The staff truly reflects Japanese hospitality: polite, attentive, and professional. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was okay, but not outstanding. There could be more variety and better quality. The bar has a beautiful view, but I was disappointed that hotel guests are charged an additional fee to enjoy to sit where the view is. Considering the room rates, this should be included for guests."

"Location was great. There are many reasonably great restaurants in the neighborhood. I loved the public bath very much. If we will be back to Tokyo, we'd like to stay there again. Only one thing, I saw parson who has tattoo on full body int he public bathroom. The kind of person should not be allowed to be in the public bathroom. It was really uncomfortable situation for the others."
