"Easy to check in and out. Good options to store luggage. The room was small but had good amenities and was cleaned daily. Convenient location close to shinjuku station and has convenience stores in building."
"Our room was nice - above average size for a Tokyo hotel for the price, and well cleaned and maintained with a great view. The staff were helpful and spoke great English. It takes a bit of time to get in and out with a lift to floor 8 - the lobby - followed by a second, separate lift to the guest floors. Room service and drinks are so expensive so as to be not worth considering - 1800 yen for a Godzilla themed soda or 3300 yen for a dessert, for example. It's also in the middle of Kabukicho, so the surrounding streets aren't particularly nice to walk around most times of the day, and the city noise still makes its way into your room all night. None of these are deal-breakers - it's still a decent stay - but not mind blowing."
"Everything was wonderful. The room is clean and well maintained, but was a bit smaller than the advertisement. The staff were wonderful except for the language barrier."
"Clean room and staff are very helpful. Not so crazy about the breakfast but because I’m vegetarian so maybe that’s why Because there wasn’t much selection for vegetarian and vegan people like me. Laundry was helpful. Overall excellent and close to everything."

8/10 Good
"We are two girls travelling from Australia to Japan and had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions we had.
During our trip, a typhoon passed through the area, and the hotel kindly provided umbrellas for guests. Unfortunately, the umbrella we used broke during use, but we appreciated the hotel’s effort to assist guests during the bad weather. The hotel also offers free luggage storage, which was very convenient.
Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel. The only downside was that the lobby and reception area became very busy from midday onwards, with many guests checking in and out, which sometimes resulted in longer wait times."
