"Wow, Hotel Koko was seriously awesome! We were there for almost two weeks. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Everything you need is right there – all the stores, and you're surrounded by everything. There are tons of shopping malls and Subway stations, plus all sorts of restaurants.
Everything is walkable, which is a huge plus. I totally recommend this place. Yeah, the rooms are small, so if you need space, maybe get the bigger ones. But for us, it was fine since we're a couple. We didn't mind the small room at all. And we had a bath, which we loved.
Honestly, I really recommend it for the safety. It's also super clean and modern, and they clean the rooms every day unless you don't want them to. It's great!"
"Hotel is in good condition, property is close to Tokyo station which makes for easy train connections to everywhere in Tokyo and the bullet train. Room is Japanese style which was a nice change for me. Shower is also nice with a proper shower head as I found many other hotels in Japan only have the detachable hand shower head as the only option. Would stay here again if in the area. "
"A perfect hotel for our needs during 5 days in Tokyo. The kitchenette and washer/dryer made packing lighter too! We discovered lovely restaurants directly in the neighborhood and with the Seven Eleven located just across the street, it was very convenient. Good location!"
"I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Ginza! The train stations were literally on every corner. Good restaurants and shopping were also all walkable distances from the hotel. The room itself is pretty small but by Japan standards it may actually be quite spacious. I recommend this for the location of the hotel and cleanliness of the hotel."
