「The elevator needs updating.」

「The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.」

「I recently stayed at this hotel in Myrtle Beach for four days, and while it had some bright spots, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. On the plus side, the hotel was very clean, and we had a fantastic beach view right from our room. Plus, it was convenient having the pool, in-room laundry, and the ability to cook in the room. 「I know they can’t help it but the beach was closed and all they were offering was a full refund no extra day for the inconvenience or even free breakfast. So we moved hotels」

「Very clean room and property, beach access was great, only issue was the room stayed damp and wet the whole time, they needed a dehumidifier, the floor was wet and had to be careful walking, smoke alarm went off, battery died, was replaced very quickly」

「Everything about our anniversary weekend was amazing. The hotel, the staff, the bar & restaurant, all exceptional. The reason for 3 stars is I was sold a “partial ocean view room” and I got a frosted glass slider, bolted shut, overlooking the buildings HVAC systems. I could have booked 15,000 rooms at a beachfront on the grandstand but opted for quieter and off the strip in MB. Even the front desk staff said my reservation was extremely misleading. They didn’t have another room to offer due to...

The hotel's grounds, rooms, and lobby were modern decor with spacious seating and viewing areas.
