「I can’t explain how dirty and disgusting the room was it was a health hazard. Positive: shower pressure, mini fridge in room, AC was working and very cold, access to beach was amazing and ample parking! Negative: no garbage can in the room, bathroom shower had no shelf all their products were in the floor, shower was disgusting and filthy had to wear flip flops in the shower, vent in the bathroom was covered with black mold, lights in the bedroom didn’t work and covered in black mold it was...

「What a horrible place. Booked through Expedia, no mention that the pool was closed, that was the only reason I booked to stay there. No warning, nothing from Expedia and nothing from staff from hotel. How this place is in operation is beyond me. I highly recommend if you are considering to stay here, don't. Our a/c unit barely worked, and staff claimed it was because the a/c units work on motion detection. What a crock of BS. Staff is horrible and location is not great. Definitely look elsewhere...

「The woman at the front desk (whose name I sadly forget) was the most friendly, helpful, and welcoming ever. The room was immaculate. The cleaning staff did a full cleaning every day, and it was so appreciated. Our room (201) was huge, and we were lucky to have a balcony, kitchenette, and two toilets. The proximity to the pier village area and beach is perfect. Parking was right next to the hotel in a nice, shaded garage on the first floor with super easy access. Highly recommend!」

All is pretty excellent only issue in this last visit my was with the pool. on two occasions I wanted to go for a swim and they were cleaning it. For being open 9-8pm if your going to clean it. It should be cleaned before this time. on my check out date I wanted to go for a last swim and due to rain the night before the pool...
