"Good for its location, super clean modern room, the only real complaint was how noisy it was. You'd hear anyone leaving or coming to their room. Also had a bit of trouble working the thermostat, but beyond that it was good."

"Very clean & odorless bedroom. I stayed in room#1130 one night. Since I liked the stay, I came back to stay again (Room#1137, I think). The first room, I had to manually turn the AC on. But in the second room, it was set on Auto AC, though it felt a little suffocating at times. The elevators were funny. You press the button - there are two elevators in front of you. Then you hear a "ding". Neither door opens. You scratch your head. Then you hear the doors close & when you peek - you see two more elevators on the other side. I figured the trick on the 2nd day. But it won't be funny for a family with lots of luggages. For heaven's sake, please put another person at the front desk. That poor man is overwhelmed. I could have watched half a movie while I waited. Overall nice place. I will come back to stay here, the next time I visit NJ."

"The worst experience, I was eager to leave early. This was the rudest staff, we had no body wash in the shower and the front desk refused to bring us soap and body wash to our room several times until I mentioned I would make an official complaint. They wanted me to go down to the lobby to fetch them myself but eventually they did bring the body wash even though they said they had no one available. The hotel is next to a Uhaul storage facility and it gets loud at 7am on the weekend so you can’t even sleep in. The AC is right next to the bed blowing cold air in your face with no way to adjust the airflow. The bathroom door is also right next to the other side of the bed, so when you exit the bathroom you are right next to the bed, very poorly designed space."

"The best thing about the hotel is its location. For those who go on a cruise the location is the best - a short taxi ride or an easy 10-minute walk. We also greatly enjoyed our dinner at a small restaurant just around the corner. However, in the hotel itself we had quite a few problems. The coffee machine in our room was not working, and, when we told the receptionist about it, we were told that maintenance people would be available much later. The next morning it still wasn’t fixed. Another problem was the air conditioner. No matter how we changed the settings on it, it was blowing very cold air, and it was doing it very loudly. Didn’t have good night sleep because of it. The included breakfast is a paper bag with a few items which we would not choose ourselves. There was no juice or eggs or anything hot except for coffee. I would like to mention that one of the receptionists, Xavier, was very nice and helpful."

"Decent enough Hotel with comfortable bed and bathroom facilities as expected. Disappointing menu for evening dinner, not a great choice if you don’t like fried food! The other issue is all the extra charges that are levied on your charge card which weren’t previously mentioned when booking the room with breakfast included. This needs to be better explained to Customers. Location ok, near a few subway stations so access to central Manhattan was fine."
