「The room was very clean . The staff was friendly and let us in early . The place is a little dated but other than that if your looking for a clean property that won’t break the bank , this is your place .」

「Walked in around noon and the front desk employee was on her cell phone. I waited, and when she didn’t acknowledge me, I said hello. She responded in a rude and clearly annoyed tone, “Can I help you?” as if I was bothering her. I explained that I had a reservation, and she simply said, “Come back after 3:00,” with no effort to assist or provide any courtesy. Very poor customer service.
