For the suites so have just an oven top with no dishes no plates bowls pots or pans . I stayed due to my place loosing power from snow storms. They didn’t have any maintenance on hand or house keeping. Room was clean n warm . Sliding door didn’t lock and the door was. Breezy needs more insulation. 5.5 out of 10 stay ..

The check in staff was welcoming and the lobby was pleasant. But once we drove toward our room, the location reminded me of a refurbished summer camp site. The stairs to the room were old, sloped down and felt unsteady. They said the room was recently renovated. It had new flooring and new furniture but the walls around the bathroom doors and shower could have been cleaned. Handprints were all over. But the worst part was the shower. Took forever for the water to get hot but once it did, it was too hot and you couldn’t get it back to cool. The bed linens were stained. Never stayed in hotel where you have to request housekeeping services 24 hours in advance. We will not being staying here again.

Still haven’t received my security deposit. This is such a sketchy place I was so uncomfortable staying I had to change rooms because of the beggars. There is definitely drug activity very heavy over there and possibly prostitution. The hotel is in the far back in wood so very secluded. I was on edge every day.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a hotel. I am a disabled person. I booked a handicap accessible room that was not handicap accessible at all. No grab bars in the bathroom. No way to get into the bathroom without having to get out of the chair and have somebody move it to the bathroom. The shower was terrible. Once again, no grab bars at all the seat that was in the shower was slippery and there’s nothing but hold on. I fell out there and had no way to get up off the floor so I scooted naked across the disgusting bathroom floor to get up. I’ve never experienced such horrible conditions. What made it worse was that every time I complained to the hotel I was a assured that the room I was in was there a brand new handicap accessible room even though I’m handicap in the room was not accessible to me. Sure it was on the bottom floor, so no steps but that’s it. Breakfast was not that good. There were no options for people that don’t eat pork. All in all until those things are addressed I do not recommend this hotel.

The suites were clean and updated but the mattresses were like sleeping on cement. Same as the loveseat. When I asked to change rooms they said all rooms had the same beds. I did not sleep for 3 days. Also, the tvs are old. No apps so you can’t watch what you want. I will never stay again!

Lack of support had to call over 3 × 4 loud noise over our head when I had a child sleeping for school, staff have poor customer service room was nice and clean, need to get a whole new management and employees,a staff member that work the front desk, tell us we couldn't take the food with us when we were going to work which was a cup of coffee and a sausage on 2 slices of bread And yesterday we didn't get a problem,taking the breakfast back to the room, I will never book a room there again
