「The concierge Ari was very friendly. My room was dirty and the beds were still wet. A bug even bit my mom’s leg at night but we couldn’t see what it was. I wish it was more cleaner.」

「No dead bolt on door or on door to the adjacent room. Room was as clean as expected. This is more of a motel than an inn or suite. Overall, property and rooms could use updating but price was suitable for what we got.」

「Disappointing stay — needs serious attention to cleanliness and maintenance I recently stayed at the SureStay by Best Western in New Jersey for a couple of nights. While the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of the stay. The property is clearly an older building, and it shows. The furniture throughout the room felt very dated, and one of the chairs was broken. There was a strong, unpleasant smell in the room that never went away....

「when i got there at noon with a reservation there was no one at the front desk the door was locked. there was a phone number on the door to call so i called 5 times and no answered . i needed a room so i went to a different hotel.」

「The most horrible experience we had in our life. Ashes on the ground. Smell was horrible in the room. A couple was naked and performing the act while their window was open. They saw us and continued anyway. We had to leave and take another hotel instead. Don’t go. Please don’t go.」

The building and room entry systems were frequently dysfunctional, and, strangely, my room didn’t even have a headboard. The most serious issue, however, was the pervasive mildew or mold odor.
