「The woman at the front desk (whose name I sadly forget) was the most friendly, helpful, and welcoming ever. The room was immaculate. The cleaning staff did a full cleaning every day, and it was so appreciated. Our room (201) was huge, and we were lucky to have a balcony, kitchenette, and two toilets. The proximity to the pier village area and beach is perfect. Parking was right next to the hotel in a nice, shaded garage on the first floor with super easy access. Highly recommend!」

「This hotel is not worthy of $1200 a night. I really want a refund. Holiday inn would be 10x better. Not enough parking available for guests. Yesterday people parked on the grass. Wherever there was a little space. AC does not exist. We had spa appts, also no AC in the spa. Plus a heat wave did not help. Lonbybwas chaotic. People sitting all over the place, the floor etc. food on the floor. Insane is a mild word. The Room AC was mediocre. Breakfast buffet food and service poor. We could not get...
