Not sure why there was a resort fee when the pool was not even on property… it’s at their “sister property” 10 minutes down the boardwalk & in early May, when I stayed, it was too cold to use the pool anyway. The breakfast was 10 pastries for the entire hotel: 3 muffins, 3 croissants, 4 tiny strudels… that was the entire selection of “breakfast”, along with coffee, tea, or juice. 「Superior room was very nice, clean and nice bedding. One VERY DANGERIOUS item was the shower inside the bathtub. Bathtub bottom was very slippery. No rough surface or tub mat. As seniors we were so concerned that we didn’t shower second day. Grab bar was on opposite wall and difficult to reach safely. Breakfast was not looking great and expensive. We found a great diner 10 minutes away. Not a great value for price paid. Nice looking and room very nice but improvements can be made」
