「Room was a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes there were about 3 flys in my room the bed sheets smelled horrible」

「What a horrible place. Booked through Expedia, no mention that the pool was closed, that was the only reason I booked to stay there. No warning, nothing from Expedia and nothing from staff from hotel. How this place is in operation is beyond me. I highly recommend if you are considering to stay here, don't. Our a/c unit barely worked, and staff claimed it was because the a/c units work on motion detection. What a crock of BS. Staff is horrible and location is not great. Definitely look elsewhere...

「We were SO pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was ! We needed a place reasonably priced for the 4th of July and everything was booked or very expensive. This hotel was a good price and the room was spotless ! Staff was super nice. Hotel was updated. Great experience.」

「We were initially given keys to a room that was already occupied. Kind of embarrassing to open the door to find someone is staying in there.」

「No coffee in the room Coffee bar was supposed to be open 24 hr, however no one was available at 8:30 am The person at the reception desk pretending not to see us , so after waiting for about 20 min we decided to leave」

「Stay away. I know it’s not supposed to be a 5 star hotel, it’s an older motel - BUT, the room was filthy. Dead bugs, stains on the chairs, floor, pillow cases. Ac unit had mold on the cover. Cannot blame the manager on-site, he’s a young kid with only so much he can do. If it wasn’t the fact that we drive 2 hours and it was a holiday weekend we would have walked out after being in the room for 30 seconds」

「This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel; the first time was just for one night, so it was fine. However, during this July 4th stay, the internet in my room didn't work; despite complaining three times, they never fixed it, and I couldn't use my laptop. We were also without power from 9:30 PM Saturday until 9:00 AM; during that time, there were no lights or air conditioning, and the temperature was 90°F—nothing electrical worked. I find this absolutely absurd, as a hotel should have an...
