「My room was not very good, very small and had two beds pushed together in one room,toilet barely flushed and the air conditioner didn’t cool off the room at all.I went downstairs to get a fan to help cool the room from front desk, I was given a very dirty fan, I had to clean it to get the layers of dust off so my granddaughter didn’t get sick…just a mess」

「The hotel was wonderful, small boutique hotel with no real amenities but the option of using the sister hotel amenities was perfect. The "breakfast included" is a bit misleading but I had read about it from other reviews so I was not surprised. Muffin or danish, coffee or tea is really what they offer. Otherwise totally enjoyed the hotel, it was quiet and comfortable!」

「The room had a weird unpleasant smell. Only stayed a night, and my son and I a woke up with irritated throat and headache. The hotel then charged me unjust incidental fee for the unpleasant, that after I reached out to them, the property manager said will be reversed, but that still have not been done. I wish it was communicated to me, that they will charge me, then I would have explained that the smell in the room was there when we arrived. We did not had good experience when saying there.」

When I got to my room, there was no water available. The most concerning part of my stay occurred that night. After 10:00 p.m., I was awakened by a loud domestic disturbance in a nearby room. I heard repeated banging against the wall, a woman screaming and crying, and what sounded like a physical altercation....
