「Cigarette smell everywhere.」

「It was within great distance from the town. It was quiet and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.」

「So when we got there there was no check in desk and the guy said on text that we need to go across the street to motel 6 to get a key card and pin for our door and when we got to motel 6 the lady said that she doesn’t know anything about the hotel next door and basically the guy lied and scammed us and we didn’t get see our room」

「Customer service was poor. Promises were made about rooms and compensation for issues that could not be resolved. Although the hotel itself was nice and clean. Location was great. The issues with the staff and the rooms made the vacation much more difficult especially for disabled people.」

「We were initially given keys to a room that was already occupied. Kind of embarrassing to open the door to find someone is staying in there.」

「The hotel is okay and good for families; the pool is small, and the lobby restroom wasn't working. Given the price, I wouldn't recommend it if you want to be close to the beach—it's a 15-minute drive away.」
