「We walked in, no elevator. We arrived a bit later in the day and called to inform the front desk. On that call, there was an opportunity to advise us (acting as if upon arrival we can cancel). Really... Should have been told on the phone earlier, nor was this on the website. Also, the website advertises Keurig's in the room; however, if not one in the room, website suggests reaching out to request. Upon arrival, we were told neither was accurate. My room's phone did not work. We were told...

「I was disappointed with my stay. When I checked in, I was asked, “Why are you here?” The way the question was asked made me feel uncomfortable and was not a welcoming first impression.
